TAB WEEKEND SOCCER HIGHLIGHTS: 30 OCT – 1 NOV 2026

R62 MILLION UP FOR GRABS IN TWO SOCCER 13 POOLS

TAB soccer customers are spoilt for choice this month-end weekend with an array of cash-boosted bets, notably Saturday’s guaranteed R56-million Soccer 13 Jackpot pool to be shared by all-13-correct entries. And if you don’t hit the jackpot on Saturday, there’s a R1.9-million carryover Soccer 13 on Sunday with a likely pool of R6 million, plus TAB is pumping in over R1 million to six other soccer bets from Friday through Sunday.

MORE INSTANT MILLIONAIRES ARE ON THE WAY

TAB soccer bets have created scores of instant millionaires down the years and there’s little doubt that come Monday several more TAB clients will find themselves with more money than they ever thought possible.

Saturday’s Soccer 13 is a challenging combination of English Premier League and Championship matches in which bankers are hard to find.

Manchester City at home to Brighton and Spurs at home to Crystal Palace are the shortest-priced favourites in the EPL games. City are 1.65 (or 65-100) and Spurs 1.56 (56-100) to win.

Neither looks a cast-iron good thing. Brighton lost for the second time running midweek, when they went down on penalties to City in a Carabao clash at the Etihad after a 2-2 draw. But let’s face it Brighton were somewhat unlucky to lose on the night, while Spurs appear to have turned a corner but it’s too early to have maximum faith in them.

A home win for Aston Villa over Fulham may be a safer banker with home victories for Millwall and Southampton the best banker options in the Championship clashes.

There are R250,000-added Soccer 10 pools Friday through Sunday and for those who prefer betting on local soccer, Saturday’s cash-added Soccer 6 and 10 pools are must-play bets.

Seven of the 10 games in the Soccer10 are Betway Premiership clashes and six comprise the matches in Saturday’s cash-added Soccer 6. The headline clash is the Soweto derby between Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs and it’s hard not to fancy the Buccaneers to win.

Pirates head into the game a point behind log-leaders Sundowns and a match in hand. They also go into the derby on the back of an emphatic win over Namibia’s African Stars to qualify for the CAF Champions League group stages followed by a 3-0 win over Milford midweek that took them into the quarter-finals of the Carling Black Label Knockout.
